Say Hello To Our Staff

Front Desk

Our Front Desk duo is Cheri and Jeanette. Jeanette is bilingual and here to help with any translation for our patients. They greet each patient with a welcoming smile! Even though filling out forms isn’t on the top of what a patient wants to do, Jeanette makes sure we get the necessary paperwork completed prior to them seeing the doctor. She approaches each day with humor and a helping hand to our patients! Cheri takes care of patients at check-out. She offers follow-up appointments, explanations to patients regarding their account balance, and she always makes sure to validate their parking tickets!

Medical Assistants

Our clinical staff team takes care of our patients and our providers! They try to stay one step ahead of everyone’s needs! Each of them offers comfort to those hurting with a hug or a pat on the back. Our clinical staff is great at assisting the providers during clinic, handling patient phone calls, filling out patient forms…all with a smile!

With all of the bureaucratic changes in medicine, the bottom line is to remember the patient first…take care of their needs…and the rest will fall in place. We do this through knowledge, innovation, and compassion!”
